Lifesaver Training Initiative

The Lifesaver Training Initiative at Too Rise Up is a comprehensive program designed to equip community members with essential life-saving skills and promote overall health and wellness. In addition to CPR and First Aid training, the program includes health screenings to help individuals stay informed about their health and take proactive steps towards well-being.

  • CPR Training: Participants learn how to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on adults, children, and infants, including the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
  • First Aid Training: Gain skills to handle various emergencies such as cuts, burns, fractures, and allergic reactions, with hands-on practice.
  • Health Screenings: The initiative includes regular health screenings that check for common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol levels. Early detection of these conditions allows participants to seek timely medical advice and intervention.
